5 ways I prep for November

I try to be a master of my time and space, but not this November. I found that I was a little off balance over the last few days, and I just need a few things to get me going and organized. Hear are a my 5 secrets for getting ready for November:

  1. 1.Purge the closet: If you’re like me and holding on to summer, well it’s time to let go. I blocked off 2 hours to go though my closet and dressers to switch out the summer to fall clothes. As overwhelming as this may be, it can also be quite fun. Don’t be afraid to let some items go, as there are always more cloths.

2.Change the calendar : How many of us forget to change the calendar? I am guilty of keeping my October page up until December, but not this year. Change that calendar to insure that you are welcoming November with open arms, and not mixing up your scheduling dates.

3.Head to the doctor: “O November! Is the Flu there, or maybe COVID, or maybe some other disease that we have forgotten about because of COVID.” Squad, just head to the doctor. If you get in now you should be good for the rest of the year, maybe.

4.Switch up the color: Orange, Burgundy, red, and browns scream fall. I get tired of the same old flow. November is a perfect time to switch up the color scheme for your house , car, nails, wardrobe, and makeup.

5.Workout plan reflection: So it’s November , which means it is close to December, and January is close by. This is a great time to look at those workout goals you made back in January 2022. If this is a trigger, then please refrain. If it isn’t, this is a nice way to find out ways to switch it up, and look for fun ways to work out in November.
